Does Protiviti have a social club? + Absolutely! Attending one of the monthly social club events is one of the highlights of the Protiviti experience. It is a fantastic opportunity to share a memorable time with your colleagues, delve into a fun experience, or simply a chance to embrace our positive company culture. Each of our offices across Australia have their own social club, run by the social club committee in each state. What well-being initiatives does Protiviti Australia offer? + In addition to the Employee Assistance Program, Protiviti offers discounts on private health insurance, provide income protection for those dealing with an extended illness or injury, and an employee emergency fund to provide short-term assistance to Protiviti employees who experience significant financial hardship resulting from a natural disaster or similar unexpected events. What are Protiviti’s policies on taking leave? + Protiviti offers a number of generous leave options and have policies around: Paid parental leave and return to work premiumsFlexibility on leave for cultural recognition daysFamily and domestic violence leave (10 days per 12 months)Charity / volunteer leaveCareer break or sabbatical leave (for up to 12 months)Long-service leave (pro-rated long service leave after 5 years’ service)The ability to purchase extra annual leaveSick and/or carers leave What is Protiviti’s parental leave policy? + Protiviti's enhanced parental leave policy has been developed to ensure it is gender neutral and will allow us to support men, women and non-binary people in allowing them to provide equal caring responsibilities. For employees with 6 months continuous service with Protiviti, they will be eligible 18 weeks paid parental leave. For employees with more than 5 years continuous service with Protiviti, they will be eligible for 22 weeks paid parental leave. Employers on parental leave are also offered paid keeping in touch days, 20 additional days leave after 6 months continuous parental leave, and ongoing return to work support. Is Protiviti a breastfeeding friendly workplace? + Most of Protiviti’s offices have a wellness room, offering a quiet space for personal time such as breastfeeding. These spaces can also be used for prayer, meditation, or personal appointment calls. How does your volunteer leave work? + Our employees can take up to 2 days per annum of paid time off to volunteer their time and skills with an approved charity and/or take part in community service activity. Does the company have a global mobility program? + One of the great things about Protiviti is the opportunities you’ll get. With our global mobility program, you can apply for secondments in Protiviti offices around the world – that’s over 28 countries!
